mastering goals
When children are mastering a goal for the first time, it is the best part of my day, I love to see them smiling from learning about the world around them. I value that each family is different and to respect what the family believes in. This sensitivity to their cultural beliefs is carried out in my daily activities. For an infant/toddler curriculum, it is very important to have sensory experiences every day,

I believe all children should be in an environment that makes them feel safe and secure. I strongly believe nurturing is important for their growth and development because how the child is loved affects how they behave and learn.

daily routines
Having daily routines for children it is very important for structure. They feel more safe and secure. Children need to know what happens next in their schedule. Attending to each child's needs, honor each family’s cultural beliefs. My goals are to have more active play, more opportunities to have smaller groups, and one on one time when possible.
